2018 Honda Ridgeline, 38734 miles - Requested an oil change only. They did an unrequested complimentary Multi-Point Inspection where they failed several items. Several items passed, coolant, washer fluid(claimed to refill or top off). Both of which were not even touched because I added a gallon of washer fluid and am buying the coolant to bring the level up to minimum. Salesman gave an interest rate quote on a new CR-V lease. When I went to sign the contract and take delivery the interest rate was much higher than quoted. Salesman said he had misunderstood what he was told. The finance manager of course said there was nothing he could do for us, of course not. Lesson is to never trust a car salesman and always get the numbers in writing.
